NeoCrew comes out of Wow Labz, a Bengaluru-based product studio that's shipped more than 300 products for other companies over the past fifteen years.
Where this came from
We didn't come to this from a research lab.
Wow Labz came to it from building products the slow way, for a long time, for a lot of different clients, and noticing exactly where that process kept breaking down: requirements getting lost between people, designs that didn't match what got built, architecture decisions nobody wrote down, and code that worked in the demo but not in production.
NeoCrew is what we built once we understood that problem well enough to actually fix it.
